Biography
Jeff is a Science and Policy Specialist for Portland Parks & Recreation Urban Forestry focusing on citizen science, public education, program evaluation, and GIS. He holds degrees in Geography and Geographic Information Systems from Macalester College and Portland State University. Jeff is an ISA Certified Arborist and TRAQ qualified, and named his daughter Olive after a tree.

SMA's Urban Forest Foundation (UFF)

The Urban Forest Foundation (UFF) provides funding for SMA programs such as the Municipal Forestry Institute and the Arborist Exchange Program as well as the development of new programs designed to improve education of municipal forestry professionals.
